 Sacramento RODarama 2008 – ITINERARY

 

Friday, June 6th

 

4:00PM:  Event registration at the host hotel; Orchid Suites Roseville.  Check-in, get your prized goodie bag, name badge and event shirt or cap.  Then, mingle and partake in the hotel happy hour until 9:PM.  Hors d'oeuvres provided.

 

Saturday, June 7th

 

9AM:              Let the herd graze on the grass at Hagen Park (directions).  Music and B-Bodies under the sun. **Please don’t drive over the sprinklers that are marked with flags.**  Any trailers or other than event participant vehicles of any kind must be approved by Don Ishmael to park on the grass at the park.

10AM-3PM:   Show-and-Shine - Please locate your "People’s Choice" Judging card in your "goodie bag." Have fun selecting your favorites!

12-1:30PM:    Catered barbeque lunch served for all participants and paid guests.

by 4:30PM:     People’s Choice Judging card to be turned in at the Team DOOM Mobile Command Post. You must turn in your judging card to collect your event dash plaque.

5PM:               Conclusion of today’s scheduled activities...but we have the park all day long, so stay and enjoy.

 

Sunday, June 8th

 

10AM:         In the court yard at the Orchid Suites, awards presentation for Saturday's car show.
